Two newborns with the same surname are erroneously switched by nurses at General Hospital.

In a general hospital, a Nigerian Twitter user described how her friend’s baby was replaced with another.

The babies were exchanged because their parents shared the same surname, according to @adahorlic.

The error was uncovered by the other child’s father, who pointed out that his scan revealed a baby boy.
