A consumer purchased fuel on the illegal market and handed the fuel resellers a $100 bill.
The money was refused by the original vendor, and the foreign cash was given to his accomplice.
The second man responded, “Oga, this one ain’t money,” and refused to accept it.
“Na hundred bucks be this o,” the consumer said.
The gasoline merchant said, “I no believe,” and refused to accept the money as payment.
