According to a new rumor, Grammy Award-winning musician Nas has just purchased a $3.5 million property on the outskirts of Calabasas, California.
The house, which was erected in 2007, is a 6,500 square foot property with four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and over 10 acres of land. It is described as a “Mediterranean-meets-Southwestern architectural-style hybrid.”
The house was originally marketed for $2.5 million, but a bidding war upped the price by $1 million, with Nas winning.
According to Yahoo, the home has a long driveway, gates, security cameras, and an eight-car garage, as well as being secluded and surrounded by mountains.
There’s a fireplace in the living room, a gourmet kitchen, a breakfast nook, a family room, a dining room, and an office in the house.
A wine cellar, billiards room, master retreat with two-way fireplace, sitting room, private terrace, twin walk-in closets, gym, and spa-like bath are also included in the home. A grotto-style pool with a Jacuzzi, waterfall, and water slide, as well as a roof deck, are included in the outside space.
