Peter Obi, former governor of Anambra state and presidential candidate, has resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Until his resignation, Obi was one of 15 candidates vying for the PDP’s presidential nomination.
On Wednesday, May 25, he submitted his letter of resignation to the PDP’s National Chairman, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu.
