A Lady has posted on twitter to recount on how the social media trending celebrity, Davido, helped a sick patient in 2012 with one million naira.
The Lady whose name is Mz Tosyn on twitter said davido in 2012 was the first celebrity to visit them in the hospital and stayed in the hospital in hours with them.
Apparently, this is to affirm that Davido is “rising by lifting others”. Recall that the superstar said he has been helping people, and now is the time for them to reciprocate.
The Lady then went further to say that Davido did not only stay with them in the hospital in hours, but also gave them the sum of one million naira which was a huge amount in 2012.
“Davido was the first celebrity to reach out to Debbie’s crowdfunding then, he asked where we were and he came to Luth to meet us, he started in the hospital with us till like 5pm. He gave Debbie 1m in 2012! 1m in 2012 was a lot of money,” the lady wrote.
