A street hawker in Gombe was applauded after she handed over money she found on the road while hawking.

 

Zainab, a 12-year-old who goes by the moniker Zainab, sells sachet water and struggles to earn more than N1,000 per day.

 

She recently came across some lost money while hawking and instead of keeping it for herself, she took it to a radio station to make a statement for the owner to collect their money.

 

Local and foreign currencies make up the money.
