Barcelona declines to sign Pogba, Haaland

According to SPORT, Barcelona has turned down an offer from Borussia Dortmund to sign Erling Haaland if it means bringing in Manchester United’s Paul Pogba.

Mino Raiola, the agent for both players, is in charge of their representation.

Raiola is said to have told Barca that if they want to sign Haaland, they need to sign Pogba.

Raiola met with Barcelona president Joan Laporta recently and proposed a package deal.

However, given Barcelona’s financial situation and Xavi Hernandez’s tactical preferences, such a plan is unlikely to materialize.

Pogba will be a free agent next summer, and Haaland’s £63 million release clause will kick in.
