Anas Nuhu, the son of a previous District Head, was killed by bandits in Iddah ward, Kagarko Local Government Area, Kaduna state, on Friday, April 1.
On Monday, March 28, bandits invaded Kpemu, Guyidna, Koliko, Chivin, Zhatayi, and Tulu, all in Iddah Ward, shooting indiscriminately.
Three people were killed in the incident, while six others, including Nuhu, were injured to varying degrees and are being treated at the hospital.
It was also reported that the robbers kidnapped some locals, set fire to motorcycles, and stole valuables.
Nuhu died early Friday morning at Gwagwalada Specialist Hospital, where he was undergoing treatment.
