Nigerians have taken to Twitter to share stories about how their parents came through for them when they were going through a difficult time.   It all began when a Nigerian man named Dayo described how his parents flew to his hometown to offer him support after his girlfriend broke up with him.  His story inspired other Nigerians to share their own personal stories.   Take a look at their tweets below…

Uche Edochie, actor Yul Edochie’s older brother, has spoken out against the actor’s decision to take actress Judy Austin Moghalu as a second wife after they had a baby together.   Uche stated in his article that while his family does not support Yul’s decision to marry a second time, they cannot force him to do so because he is an adult.  He stated that his family is currently attempting to console his first wife, Mary.   Women fling themselves at renowned individuals “so awful that it is suffocating,” Uche said, urging people not to pass judgment on his brother. “Walking in Yul’s footsteps for a year will result in five or more ladies being pregnant.”  So, if you haven’t lived that life, don’t pass judgment.  The majority of individuals will fare even worse,” he wrote. Tchidi Chikere has opened all about how his seven-year marriage to actress Nuella Njubigbo ended.  After seven years together, the pair decided to part ways last year.   Tchidi posted to Instagram this morning to congratulate his colleague Yul on picking a second wife and welcoming a son with her.  His post, however, drew the ire of some Nigerians, who accused him of supporting Yul.   Tchidi responded by stating that he has been married twice and that his first marriage to actress Sophia lasted 11 years, while his second marriage to Nuella lasted seven years.  Nuella, he claims, snuck out of his residence with her belongings.  He stated that he might one day reveal his side of the story.

A man tries to flee after his wife gives birth to quadruplets.

After his wife gave birth to quadruplets, a Nigerian man attempted to flee to Benin Republic.   According to a prenatal ultrasound, Cissé Abdullahi, 37, and his wife were expecting twins.  His wife, on the other hand, gave birth to four babies at the Badagry General Hospital on Monday, April 25.   Abdullahi, who is learning how to sell tyres as an apprentice, fled when he learned that his wife had given birth to quadruplets.   He attempted to cross the Seme border into Benin Republic, but was persuaded to return home by a friend who promised to help him financially with the children’s care.   Despite his friend’s assistance, Abdullahi claimed he still finds it difficult to care for his wife and children.
